The interface is a bit clunky and could use some serious redesign. Navigation isn't intuitive, and finding specific products takes longer than it should. The search function is also pretty weak. However, once I found what I was looking for, the checkout process was smooth enough. It's functional, but definitely needs some work to be truly user-friendly. I'd recommend improvements to the overall design and functionality before I'd consider it a great product.
